She also has held a faculty position at West Virginia University teaching graduate students in public health. Coyne was the Director of Health Advocacy and Policy at the Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown PA where she established the Health Advocacy Program and a medical legal partnership. Prior to her appointment at Moravian University Dr. Coyne is Associate Professor of Practice in Public Health at Moravian University. Albert remains active at the bedside in an ICU setting and also functions as an ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Instructor for a local hospital network.ĭr. Albert worked as an adjunct clinical instructor for Moravian University for over ten years and has also worked as an education specialist in the hospital setting with a focus on building the skills of the novice nurse in the acute care, step-down and critical care settings. Albert found a passion for teaching after working with a preceptor that provided an incredible learning experience for her in the critical care setting Mary Beth made it a goal provide others with similar experiences and educate through both the art and science of nursing. Albert has also worked in nursing leadership roles as the clinical coordinator of a step-down unit and also as a hospital supervisor of a local community hospital.
